With the PALLMANN brush technology for the PALLMANN SPIDER the unique structure and the special character of a real wood floor can be created. The softer annual rings are brushed out of the wood, while the hardener wood is preserved.

PREPARATION
In the first step, a pre-sanding of the entire surface has to be done, grit and abrasive must be chosen depending on the site conditions, timber species the surface finish required. The brush system is then used, which can be mounted on the triple-disc-plate without an adapter.
STAINLESS STEEL
In the second step, brush the wood floor with the stainless steel brush to achieve a first depth structure. Tip: Change the tandard brush on the suction ring of the PALLMANN SPIDER to the supplied PALLMANN BRUSH RING 25 mm.
NYLON GRIT 46
In the following step, the nylon brush grit 46 is used. The wood structure is now increasingly being worked out.
NYLON GRIT 60
To increase the previous result, the floor is finished with an additional nylon brush. This step gives the grain structure the desired character.
